- Your driver enters the car park 30 minutes after you land and waits at the arrivals meeting point of your terminal, North or South, with your name on a tablet or name board.
- Waiting time is not charged during the first hour after your flight lands. That hour is there for leaving the aircraft, immigration and baggage reclaim.
- The Gatwick car park charge for a terminal pickup is paid by the passenger. In the booking form it appears as a separate Meet & Greet line, so you see it before you confirm.

- Once you accept the price, we confirm your booking. Nothing is booked until you have agreed the fare.
You can pay by cash or card to the driver, by bank transfer, or online by card. Online card payments are processed by Stripe and carry a 2% card processing fee.

Is D&J a Gatwick taxi service?

Do you pick up from both Gatwick terminals?

How do I get between the North and South Terminals?
A free shuttle train links the two terminals, and the journey takes about two to three minutes. Check with your airline which terminal you will use and tell us when you book, so your driver waits in the right arrivals hall.
How much does a transfer to or from Gatwick cost?

Is the Gatwick car park charge included in the price?
No. For a terminal pickup at Gatwick the car park charge is paid by the passenger. The booking form shows it as a separate Meet & Greet line before you confirm, so there is nothing unexpected on the day.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and work to its actual landing time. Waiting time is not charged during the first hour after landing. After that hour, waiting is charged at £20 per hour, in proportion to the time used.
