The five Southampton cruise terminals
- Western Docks: City Cruise Terminal, Mayflower Cruise Terminal and Horizon Cruise Terminal.
- Eastern Docks: Ocean Cruise Terminal and QEII Terminal.
The two dock areas have separate entrances, so the terminal name matters. Your cruise documents will name it. If you only know the ship and the sailing date, send us those. P&O Cruises and Cunard are based in Southampton, and many other cruise lines sail from here.

Which Southampton cruise terminal will my ship use?
Your cruise line confirms the terminal on your booking documents. Southampton has five: City, Mayflower and Horizon in the Western Docks, and Ocean and QEII in the Eastern Docks.

You can pay by cash or card to the driver, by bank transfer, or online by card. Online card payments are processed by Stripe and carry a 2% card processing fee.
