An executive car service for Gatwick Airport

D&J is a family-run private hire operator licensed by Transport for London. Our Gatwick chauffeur service is a pre-booked executive car with a professional driver, between Gatwick Airport and your home, hotel or office. It is the executive option within our Gatwick Airport transfers.

It suits business travellers, companies collecting clients and guests, and anyone who wants a quieter, more comfortable start or end to a journey. If you would call it a car service or a private transfer, this is the same thing: one car, your party only, door to door, at a fare fixed in advance.

The cars: Mercedes-Benz E-Class and BMW 5 Series

Our Executive Saloon category includes the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the BMW 5 Series. The model sent for your journey depends on availability, so if a particular model matters to you, say so when you request your quote.

Arriving at Gatwick: how your pickup works

• We track your flight, so a delay does not leave you without a driver.
• Your driver enters the car park 30 minutes after you land and waits at the arrivals meeting point of your terminal, North or South, with your name on a tablet or name board.
• Waiting time is not charged during the first hour after your flight lands. That hour is there for leaving the aircraft, immigration and baggage reclaim.
• The Gatwick car park charge is paid by the passenger. Ask us for the current charges when you request your quote.

Where we take you from Gatwick

Most executive journeys from Gatwick go to hotels, homes and offices in London: the West End, the City, Canary Wharf, Kensington, Mayfair and Westminster among them. Travelling to Gatwick for a flight

We collect from your home, hotel or office and take you to the North or South Terminal. Give us your flight time and we will suggest a pickup time with you. We do not publish a single journey time, because it changes a great deal with the day and the hour.

Booking for a colleague, client or guest

If you are arranging travel for someone else, send us the passenger’s name, flight number and a contact number with your request, and tell us who the driver should look for at the terminal.

You can pay by cash or card to the driver, by bank transfer, or online by card. Online card payments are processed by Stripe and carry a 2% card processing fee.

Our standard Saloon, Estate, MPV 7-seater and 8-seater Minivan categories are available for the same journeys.

How your quote and booking work

1. Enter your pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and luggage in the booking form, or send the same details on WhatsApp and ask for the Executive Saloon.
2. D&J confirms your fixed fare. Where the form cannot price an executive journey, we quote it individually.
3. Once you accept the price, we confirm your booking. Nothing is booked until you have agreed the fare.
