London to the Dover cruise port by private car
Dover is on the Kent coast, south-east of London. High-speed trains run from London St Pancras to Dover Priory, but the station is not at the port, so you still need a taxi for the last part of the journey with your cases.
D&J is based in Bromley, on the Kent side of London, which makes Dover a natural route for us. We collect you at your door and take you to the cruise terminal in one journey.
The cruise terminals are not the ferry port
Cruise ships at Dover use the cruise terminals at the Western Docks. Cross-Channel ferries leave from the Eastern Docks, in a different part of the port. When you ask for your quote, tell us that you are joining a cruise and, if you know it, which cruise terminal your ship is using.
Pickups from London, Heathrow and Gatwick
We collect from hotels, homes and offices across Greater London, and from the London airports. For airport pickups, give us your flight number: we track the flight, your driver waits at the meeting point with your name on a tablet or name board, and waiting time is not charged during the first hour after landing. At Heathrow and Gatwick the car park charge is paid by the passenger.

From Dover to London and the airports after your cruise
Send us the disembarkation time your cruise line gives you and where you are going next. We agree the collection time and the meeting point with you before the day. If you are flying home from Heathrow or Gatwick, leave a comfortable gap between leaving the ship and your flight.

We are visiting from overseas. Can we arrange everything before we travel?
Yes. Request your quote through the booking form or on WhatsApp from anywhere in the world. You can pay by cash or card to the driver, by bank transfer, or online by card. Online card payments are processed by Stripe and carry a 2% card processing fee.
Can you bring us back to London when the cruise ends?
Yes. Ask for both directions in the same quote and send us your disembarkation time once your cruise line confirms it.
