Group and family transfers at Gatwick

Our Minivan carries up to 8 passengers and 8 large suitcases. If your group is too big for one vehicle, tell us the numbers and ask about booking more than one.

Which vehicle does your group need?

Passenger numbers alone do not decide the vehicle. Suitcases, pushchairs, golf bags and child seats all take up space. Send us the number of passengers and a list of your luggage, and we will confirm a suitable vehicle before you book.

For smaller parties we also have Saloon, Estate and Executive Saloon categories.

Premium group travel: the Mercedes-Benz V-Class

Our Executive MPV category includes the Mercedes-Benz V-Class. It is our premium option for families and groups: a family holiday, a wedding party, visiting clients, or a team travelling together. Ask for the Executive MPV in your request. The model sent for your journey depends on availability.

Arriving at Gatwick with a group

• We track your flight, so a delay does not leave you without a driver.
• Your driver enters the car park 30 minutes after you land and waits at the arrivals meeting point of your terminal, North or South, with your name on a tablet or name board.
• Waiting time is not charged during the first hour after your flight lands. That hour is there for leaving the aircraft, immigration and baggage reclaim.
• The Gatwick car park charge is paid by the passenger. Ask us for the current charges when you request your quote.

Travelling with children

Going to Gatwick for a flight

We collect your group from one address, or from several if you are travelling from different homes, and take you to the North or South Terminal. Add the extra pickups to your request and give us your flight time, and we will suggest a pickup time with you.

How your quote and booking work

1. Enter your pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and luggage in the booking form, or send the same details on WhatsApp.
2. D&J confirms the vehicle and your fixed fare. Where the form cannot price a group journey, we quote it individually.
3. Once you accept the price, we confirm your booking. Nothing is booked until you have agreed the fare.
