You get one car for your own party, from door to terminal or from terminal to door, with the price settled before the day of travel.

Heathrow Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5: how your pickup works
- We track your flight, so a delay does not leave you without a driver.
- Your driver enters the car park 30 minutes after you land and waits at the arrivals meeting point of your terminal with your name on a tablet or name board.
- Waiting time is not charged during the first hour after your flight lands. That hour is there for leaving the aircraft, immigration and baggage reclaim.
- The Heathrow car park charge for a terminal pickup is paid by the passenger. In the booking form it appears as a separate Meet & Greet line, so you see it before you confirm.

Heathrow to Central London and hotels
Landing at Heathrow and staying in London? We take you from arrivals to the entrance of your hotel, or to a home or office address, without changing trains or carrying cases through stations. Typical destinations include Kensington, Paddington, the West End, Westminster, the City and Canary Wharf.
Drop-offs inside the central London Congestion Charge zone are taken into account when we prepare your fare. If your booking is for a company or a group of guests, tell us and we will set out the vehicles needed.
To Heathrow from London
For a departure, we collect you from your hotel, home or office anywhere in Greater London and drive you to the drop-off area of your terminal. Give us the terminal and the flight time when you book, so the driver goes to the right forecourt.
Night flights and first departures of the morning are covered in the same way as any other journey.

The booking form shows the passenger and luggage capacity of each vehicle before you choose. If you are not sure which one you need, tell us how many people are travelling and what you are carrying, and we will confirm the right vehicle before you book.

How to get a fixed price and book
- Enter your pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and luggage in the booking form, or send the same details on WhatsApp.
- The form shows a fixed price for each vehicle. Where it cannot price a journey automatically, it takes your details and D&J sends you a fixed quote.
- Once you accept the price, we confirm your booking. Nothing is booked until you have agreed the fare.
You can pay by cash or card to the driver, by bank transfer, or online by card. Online card payments are processed by Stripe and carry a 2% card processing fee.

Is D&J a Heathrow taxi service?
D&J is a private hire operator licensed by Transport for London, licence 010314. Every journey is booked in advance: our cars cannot be hailed in the street or hired from a taxi rank. For the passenger it works like a taxi booked ahead, with the price agreed before you travel.
Which Heathrow terminals do you serve?
Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, for both pickups and drop-offs. Tell us your terminal when you book.
Where will my driver meet me at Heathrow?

How much is a transfer from Heathrow to Central London?
It depends on the exact address and the vehicle. Enter the journey in the booking form for a fixed price. If the form cannot price it automatically, D&J sends you a fixed quote.
Is the Heathrow car park charge included in the price?
No. For a terminal pickup at Heathrow the car park charge is paid by the passenger. The booking form shows it as a separate Meet & Greet line before you confirm.
What happens if my flight lands late or early?
We follow the flight and work to the time it actually lands. Waiting time is not charged during the first hour after landing. After that hour, waiting is charged at £20 per hour, in proportion to the time used.
Do you take passengers from Heathrow to hotels?
Yes. We drive from Heathrow to hotels across Central and Greater London and take you to the hotel entrance.
Do you offer executive cars or a chauffeur service at Heathrow?
Yes. Our Executive Saloon category includes the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and BMW 5 Series. The model sent for your journey depends on availability, so if a particular model matters, say so when you ask for your quote. An Executive MPV can be quoted individually on WhatsApp.
